Location and the newness of the facility. The walk-in shower was the very best next to our former home's shower.

The Braintree Inn is centrally located . We were visiting family from the South Shore to New Bedford. We live in the Azores now. It was a great home base.

The gentleman at the front desk is amazing. He should give seminars on customer service. It’s very clean and comfortable. The water was hot and pressure was good.
