Best Western Braintree Inn

The Braintree Inn is centrally located . We were visiting family from the South Shore to New Bedford. We live in the Azores now. It was a great home base.

Seemed to be a family franchise. Staff was very pleasant and attentive.

The gentleman at the front desk is amazing. He should give seminars on customer service. It’s very clean and comfortable. The water was hot and pressure was good.

Very clean. Room was comfortable. I requested to have room close to front or elevator. They were very accommodating. Nice offering for breakfast.
